What is the shipping cost?

The cost is calculated automatically during checkout, based on your location and the weight/volume of the order. You’ll always be able to see it before confirming your purchase.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We work with reliable logistics providers:

  • OCA (domestic shipping).
  • FedEx (international shipping).
  • Other carriers, depending on destination or customer preference.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we deliver throughout Argentina. Wherever you are, your order will reach you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Total delivery time depends on your location:

  • Domestic: between 3 and 7 business days.
  • International: between 4 and 9 business days.

What is the return period?

For purchases in Argentina, all our products come with a 90-day warranty according to current regulations. Returns are accepted as long as:

  • The product has not been damaged due to misuse.
  • The curing seal remains intact.
  • The original packaging is preserved.

For international purchases, returns and exchanges are not accepted, as order details are confirmed with the customer prior to dispatch.

What if I receive a damaged product?
